The Little Red Hen in Modern Times
Often times politicians cannot see the forest for the trees. When complex issues come before them they become so wrapped up in the details that they lose sight of their principles. But if the context of the argument is changed, often we can determine what common sense dictates. I enjoy reading Aesop's Fables. Sometimes I don't understand their meaning until I read the explanation, and then it becomes clear what is being taught. Not claiming to be a literary genius by any means, I have authored a few parables to illustrate some of the beliefs I ascribe to in the world of politics. Click on the text to read the story.
